Order Process

1. You order in our shop by:

• Articles in the shopping basket,
• your shipping and payment information to enter,
• enter your email address so we can contact you about your cancellation and return policy.
• On the control side to confirm the accuracy of your statements,
• At the end click on the button „Send order“.

1. The information about the time the contract can be found in the relevant section in the terms
and conditions.

2. They shall make a mandatory offer if you have completed the online ordering process by entering the required information and click on the last order step on the button „Send order“. After you submit your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and its details (order confirmation).

3. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but simply to inform you
that your order is received.

4. The sales contract comes into effect with the first shipment of the item you ordered.
